Sales Director
Thorsten has been working in the IT consulting industry since 2013. His main responsibilities lie in sales and HR. His goal: to turn companies into digital pioneers with clever IT solutions and sensibly automated processes. For him, close, trusting and friendly cooperation is always at the centre of everything he does – whether with customers, partners or the Aviando team.
Technical Director
Chris has been working in the consulting industry since 2016 and enjoys working on the scalable digitalisation of our customers’ processes as well as those at Aviando itself, so we actually practice what we preach. 🙂 He also takes care of technical pre-sales and supports Paula as her right-hand man in marketing. In his professional career, he has now been involved in more than 100 projects, helping customers from start-ups to DAX-listed companies take their IT landscape to the next level.
Salesforce Architect
Deni has been part of the Salesforce universe since 2017 and has held just about every role there – from developer to consultant to project manager and product owner. Today, he works as a Salesforce architect and supports our customers in developing tailor-made marketing and commerce solutions – from start-ups to international enterprise projects. He always attaches particular importance to striking a balance between technical excellence and pragmatic implementation – or, as he calls it, architecture with common sense.
Salesforce Consultant
Jannika has been part of the Aviando team since the beginning and works in the Salesforce environment as an administrator, consultant and business analyst. During her time at Aviando, she has managed projects for both large and small companies, helping to optimise and digitise business processes. At the same time, she is passionate about supporting non-profit organisations, which is why she has completed a certification in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. Internally, Jannika is responsible for sustainability and, together with Paula and Chris, takes care of internal CSR measures to raise awareness of our core values and bring about positive change, even on a small scale.
Salesforce Technical Architect
Yang has been working in IT and consulting since 2015. His main focus is on the architecture and development of secure and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. He has performed these tasks both as an external consultant on numerous customer projects and as an internal system architect in large corporate structures. He currently supports Aviando as a technical architect in the cloud environment.
Change Management Consultat & HR Business Partner
Tamara fulfils a dual role at Aviando as HR Business Partner and Change Management Consultant. With her professional background in business psychology, people are the focus of her daily work. Internally, she supports the further development of existing HR concepts and actively contributes to shaping the corporate culture. As a Change Management Consultant, she is responsible for transformation projects, focusing on supporting Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Consultant
Tim has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2020. From his early days as an administrator to his move into consulting in 2023, he has already seen a variety of environments and has been able to gather many best practices along the way. He supports our customers as a consultant and business analyst to continuously improve their processes. His focus is on the Sales, Service and Experience Cloud and integration with other systems.
Managing Consultant Salesforce
Anna has been working in the IT consulting industry since 2014 and specialises in the digitalisation and optimisation of her clients’ sales processes. She is also responsible for project management at our company and ensures that our projects are implemented in a structured manner and in accordance with our quality standards. Throughout her career, Anna has gained experience in various industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals and professional services. She has helped both start-ups and DAX companies take their CRM processes to the next level.
Functional Consultant
Nico has been working in the Salesforce environment since 2016 and has already gained extensive experience in strategy consulting. At Aviando, he is responsible for linking these two areas and driving exciting Salesforce projects forward as a functional consultant. His focus ranges from understanding business requirements to translating them into technical tasks and implementing them for our customers. He brings many years of Salesforce expertise from his previous professional experience and now wants to develop further in the area of project management.
HR Managerin
Susanna has been part of the Aviando team since the beginning. Even before working at Aviando, she discovered her passion for human resource management. With experience in the IT consulting industry since 2019 and in-depth HR background from other industries, she is now responsible for human resources at Aviando. This includes all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, contracts and employee support.
Salesforce Consultant
Maren has been working in consulting since 2017 and brings extensive experience in data-based CRM projects – particularly in the areas of customer segmentation and campaign optimisation. She joined the Aviando team in 2023 and is currently working primarily on the implementation of automated business processes with Salesforce, with a focus on the consumer goods industry. In the future, she would like to expand her profile to include Marketing Cloud in order to leverage her expertise from previous projects in segmentation and campaign management.
Salesforce Consultant
Maxi’s journey in the Salesforce cosmos began in 2021. Working with customers and in consulting, he learned to constantly master new topics and technologies. Maxi advises our customers across all industries, primarily in the energy, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
Salesforce Consultant
Petra has been working as a Salesforce administrator since 2020. During an internship as part of her economics studies, she became interested in the cloud-based CRM solution Salesforce – initially as a user. Since then, she has been actively working to deepen her knowledge with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud in order to always offer our customers the best possible solution.
Marketing Managerin
Paula started working at Aviando as a working student while she was still studying for her master’s degree in International Management & Psychology. She has since completed her studies and is now responsible for marketing on a full-time basis. She is primarily responsible for topics such as website design, social media and employer branding. She also provides support in event planning and in the sustainability team.
Salesforce Consultant
Isabell joined the Salesforce environment in 2022, where she supported an international rollout from client’s perspective and worked as a Salesforce administrator. She joined the Aviando team in 2026, focusing on implementing and optimising CRM solutions in Sales Cloud. She contributes her expertise to various client projects.
Salesforce Lead Consultant
Annika is driving marketing automation as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant for international teams across various industries since 2019. She specializes in designing and implementing complex marketing processes and customer journeys, as well as user enablement through training and coaching. As an aspiring Marketing Cloud Architect, she supports projects holistically – from initial requirements analysis to the final go-live.
We work hybrid and remote, and meet up in person regularly because shared time is more than a Slack channel.
