    Application received

    Once we receive your documents, you'll get a confirmation and an invitation to the first interview.

    HR interview

    You speak with HR for a first picture of Aviando.

  3. 03

    Subject-matter interview

    Depending on the role, a topic-specific interview with one of your future colleagues follows.

    In-person meet

    We meet on-site or digitally so you can experience team and atmosphere before signing.

What candidates often want to know.

What skills do you really need?

We hire for attitude. Salesforce, marketing, or AI experience helps but isn't required. We look for willingness to learn, ownership, and enjoyment of working together.

How does remote work?

Fully flexible. You can work from one of our locations (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt coworking) or fully remote. We meet regularly for office days and team events.

How much vacation do I get?

30 days plus extra days for things like your birthday or volunteering. Workation is on top.

What about training and certifications?

We cover the cost of relevant Salesforce certifications and book training time as work time. Learning is part of the job.
