Hosting

This site is operated in the Microsoft Azure region Germany West Central (Frankfurt am Main). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

Access data / server logs

When you access this site, the following data is recorded in server logs:

• IP address (truncated where technically possible)
• Time of access
• Requested URL
• HTTP status code
• Browser user agent

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operational security and attack detection). Retention: 30 days in health logs, 90 days in security logs.

When you reach out by email, we process the data you submit to respond to your request and any follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding).

Meeting bookings

Meeting bookings currently happen by email. A direct booking option via Google Calendar will be added shortly. When activated, the data necessary for the booking (name, email, preferred time) will be transmitted to Google; corresponding notes will be added here once the feature goes live. The previous Calendly integration on the legacy site has been retired.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used: currently a LocalStorage entry for the color scheme (light/dark) preference, stored locally in your browser only.

External fonts

This page loads the Poppins font from Google Fonts. This transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Google's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
